MediPicker is run by a small editorial team that researches supplements and health products from their official sales pages, labels and published studies. We read every message, and we especially want to hear from you when something on the site is wrong or out of date.

Corrections and updates

Prices, packages, labels and refund terms change often. If you notice a difference between one of our reviews and the product's official website, please include:

• the page on MediPicker (copy the address from your browser),
• what is different, and
• where you saw the current information (for example the official order page or the label on your bottle).

We check every report against the official source and update the review, including the "Updated" date at the top of the page. You can read more about this in how we review.

Sellers and manufacturers

Sellers can send us their full supplement facts label, ingredient amounts or study references, and we will consider them when we next update a review. Sellers cannot pay for a review, a better verdict or a higher position on our site.

What we can't help with

• Orders, shipping and refunds. We don't sell any products. Contact the seller through the official website you ordered from; most reviews list the seller's refund terms.
• Personal medical advice. We are not doctors. If you have symptoms, take medication or are pregnant, please speak to a health professional before starting a supplement.
